Advanced payment done, but not getting Coupons/newspape

Hi

I paid the amount of Rs. 1200/- via cheque against Hindustan times newspaper coupons (with free spice mobile along with that).

.I booked a newspaper on 30-11-11 . I have a HT serial no. 604819 with me as a reciept and it has been around 45 days . i didnt get any coupons in order to start my HT newpapers. I have tried number of times they always gives the false commitment. Kindly look this matter very seriousely and try to resolve asap.
