Deduction of money

I have been using airtel prepaid since last 6 year

due to some unwanted deduction of money for vas pak99 for everymonth, which i hadn't subcribed

so i have decided that now i will go for another company connection . i have talked to their customer executive so many times, but haven't got any result from it
