Disposal of removed Scrap Bricks on the Street

Sir,

Our Neighbour's house is under Construction. We are in trouble of them by the heap of bricks Behind our house occupying half of the Street. It is creating public nuisance and scrap was block the rainwater drainage. So please take immediate action.
