It was really the most annoying and frustrating experience for me... purchased Kids Wardrobe dated 10th Mar, till time [31st mar] struggling very hard with HomeTown for final installation. The material delivered was defective, then the damaged part delivered after 7 days. Then the fitter revealed that 2 paltes of drawers are missing. The missed plates was delivered after 3-4 days, and awaiting for fitter to come and finally show me wardrobe in usable condition. Extremely pathetic and unacceptable service.
