Roshan's - The kid and mom store in sector 7 Dwarka does not issue bills and thus no refund is given if your return something.
I had bad experience when I bought my daughter's swimsuit for Rs 895/- and was told that I can replace after trying the size. Size was smaller and I went to get a bigger size. Bigger size was not available in the same brand and design. I returned it and waitied for one week after confirmation that the new size will be available and deliverred to my home.
When I went back after one week, I was given another swimsuit which was priced at Rs. 775/-. I asked about refund but was refused. And was told that we do not refund any money. I was asked to buy something more. I bought some more stuff and paid another Rs. 200/-. I asked for the bill and was given bill on a plain rough paper. I asked for original bill but was denied saying that we have your bills so you do not worry.
This store does not issue bills to customer. Does not refund money in case replacement is not available violating consumer rights and laws of Republic of India.
