Hello sir/madam,
I utilised services of Nuthan Public Trust in bangalore for providing baby sitter to my family in 01/12. For the same he took 4500/- in cash as his fees which we paid in full. The fees is on a yearly basis. He provided 2 baby sitters which left on their own around 15 days back. The trust owner Ramesh (Mobile number: 9741154887, 9945297877) promised us to provide baby sitters round the year and replace the baby sitter if not suitable in 3-4 days. But the complaint is we are not able to Reach ramesh either on phone since 15 days or his physical address below. We tried calling him many times but he doesnt lift phone or the phone is switched off. There is no one at the physical address at his office. I have to write this complaint as i guess he has ran away with the money.
Address: 22, yallamma building, behind bannerghatta police station, bannerghatta, bangalore.
I stay in BTM layout with my family. I expect that he should either provide service or return my money back.
Please let me know what documents should i furnish to support the above. Hoping for a quick and prompt reply.
