I had ordered mee mee nursery diaper bag on 27th Nov through pepperfry via order no 100386600 and had made online payment for the product as well. Till date the same has not been delivered on my address. Everytime I call up the customer care they either keep me on hold for a long time and then the phone gets disconnected or else they promise me a call back which never happens.
I have atleast made 10 STD calls to them to follow up on the delivery of the product but to no avail.
In my last 2 calls made to the customer care, I was dealt with 2 ladies named Nivedina who kept me on hold for a long time and then the phone got disconnected and with Fiona who promised me a call back which never happened.
I am just fed up of the pathetic service and all this while they have been sitting on my money!!
Pls take some strict action against them since they should also face/feel the suffering that they make the customer experience.
