Airtel DTH
After payment service is not provided

Dear Sir,

I have rechage my DTH on 6.11.2009 with Rs 550 / and with Rs. 250 on 30.11.2009 But service is not being provided from 6.12. 2009 . Where as your authorised shoap M/S Bharat Electronics assured that DTH service will be provide till 31st Marchh 2009 . Kindly look in to the matter . so that service could be resumed.
