Aramex courier Bangalore
Non Delivery of shipment

Hi,

I suppose to get a delivery of gift shipment made 16th october. But its not delivered yet. Shipment Number: 6369947091. I contacted Aramex customer care daily so far atleast 10 times. Getting the same reply that it will be delivered today. Its more than 20 days now and not delivered. Please let me know what kind of complaints can be raised?
