I had ordered a product from Yebhi and the product was sent by them the same day and it arrived in Hyderabad the next day. However the product is with Aramex and since two days now and they have not attempted to make a delivery. AWB No - 6259472015. Their website also shows the same thing "Shipment on Hold" since 2 days. I called aramex 4 times already and also sent an email to their regional managers but looks like they are turning a blind eye to it. Aramex should give a reason for the undue delay in delivery. This is very poor service as compared to other service providers, I will never deal with aramex in the future.
