Non delivery of goods

Sir/Ma'm,

I placed an order with India times shopping which was shipped to me thru' Aramex Courier.(docket no. 6114895452.)

The product was an MP3 player. The product was lost in transit by the courier service, which was confirmed by the courier personnel itself but on the web site of Aramex couriers the above docket no. status is DELIVERED which is totally a BLATANT LIE as the parcel is not delivered till date moreover the courier persons are rude also.
