Unauthorised connections on water Supply

Dear BBMP,

I am Rohit, Staying in Lakkasandra Bangalore 30. I have seen many people having the water connection directly to the Main supply without Meter connection (before meter). So this means many people are using water without paying amount. People use water without any restrictions.

Pls Save Water & Govt.
