WRONG BILL

Dear Sir,

I have received a wrong bill and when I tried to contact BESCOM and asked details they are not responding properly. I have paid the excess amount in the month of july and in the month of Aug I received the bill Amout Rs -392 and unit consumed was 230 and in Sept I received the bill showing amount due Rs.2057 and unit consumed was 235. When I called BESCOM they are not responding properly saying arear is due for that reason them amt due is Rs.2057. Every month I m paying the amount than how arear is their. Last month showing -ve Rs.392 and this month Rs2057.How?

No one is reponding prorerly.

My RR no is: MPEH14104 LOCATION CODE: S3.
