My smart card No. is 25051100003518 I renew my card for three month on dt. 18/04 of Rs.1, 515/- in Dindoshi Depot (Period From 22/04 to 21/07), unfortunately I misplaced my card in traveling on dt 19/04. I inquired for duplicate or new card against the receipt of same but they refuse my complaint & said take a new fresh card & we are not responsible for misplace your card by u. I totally loss my money
If they have use advanced software for renewing card so I think their is some provision for duplicate card also, Can I get justice against this complaint?
