Non issue of Voter id card

After submitting all required documents and my photographs dated on 26.04.2010 to Mrs. Guria Kumari, Aanganbadi Sevika, Bhagwan Road, Mithapur, Patna (Code No. 19, Ward - 19) I, Pushpa Sharma resident of Mithapur, Patna (Booth No. - 182) could not get my Voter ID Card yet after passing the 18 months. Plz do the needful and obilize me.
