I sent a consignment via Blazeflash Couriers Ltd from Jagadhri (HARYANA) to Pune on 29/12. The problem is that the consignment has not been delivered to Pune till now (11/01). My Consignment No. is 298930371. I've also made correspondence with the customer care but I didn't fet any positive response. Kindly help in this regard.
