Myself, Pranay Gupta, send a small parcel of wt. 30 gm from Indore to delhi on 16/05, but its more than 20 days and not yet delivered, when contact to there customer care they said they are looking for it.
Mail to there different ids [email protected], [email protected], Bindu reply to put forward this case to compensation department, but not given there contact number, my parcel costs 850/-, AWB - 195693075
but no one is replying how should I get my parcel or the cost of the parcel.
Please help, what should I do now.
