This is with regards to a shipment with waybill 44039323742 that I was to receive from ICICI bank through Blue Dart. I have to say that the service by the representative named Ram (from Belapur branch) at this location is the worst I have ever encountered by a private courier service.
I wasn't available last week and received 3 'missed you' slips at my residence. Following this, I tried calling the number given on the slip and found no one picking it up. I then followed up with their customer service and was told that the shipment would be delivered yesterday between 11 to 3. No one came between the mentioned times and on confirming with the customer service later, I was told that the courier person had come at my residence and found no one which is a blatant lie. There is no slip at my door and nor does the security guard at our building say that anyone from a courier service had come into the building. The exact same scenario was repeated today and now I have been told that the shipment has been returned to the origin. Needless to say, this behaviour by a company that prides itself on timely shipments is shameful. I want severe action to be taken against the mentioned employee.
