BlueDart Courier
My courier has not reached on time

I had sent a courier by bluedart on 22nd Jan from Lucknow to Mumbai AWB no. 39902863151.

The courier has not reached till 25th Jan. While the online tracking shows nothing but flight delayed/ cancelled. On trying to call the Lucknow Bluedart office, I get false reassurances that it would get delivered today.
