Not delivered the post cove

Dear sir,

i am sending my 1 cover to canada dated 14.03.11. but it is still not delivered at the addres of canada.. my friend whom i send the cover, visited the post of canada. but they reply that the cover is in custome review and blocked from 23.03.11.. why is it not delivered yet sir kindly check it and give me reply as fast as possible because it is very imp documents. my registered post sleep no: B RR 7307352645IN.. PLS CHECK MIT URGENTLY SIR and deliverd it as fast as possible sir..
