Dear Sir,
I wish to draw the following facts for your kind information and necessary action:-
1. I was employed with M/s. THE CENTAUR HOTEL (HOTEL CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD, from 16/11/1979 to 27/03. Due to the financial crunch in the company, and the hotel being sold to a private party, after serving of nearly 24 years service I opted for VRS from the company services w.e.f. 27/03. I was based at CENTAUR HOTEL MUMBAI AIRPORT.
2. It may please be noted that I had submitted all the related papers, viz. Employees Pension scheme 1995, along with Form No. 10.C, and Scheme Certificate bearing No. MH/MAL/9365, etc. to your office at the time of my attaining age 50 years on 22/02.
3. Till date I have received not received any pension into my Pension Account No. 30764426389, with The State Bank of India, Andheri (West) branch.
4. I am also enclosing herewith a copy of PF Account balance received from your office as on 2003 for your record and kind information.
5. I request you to kindly look into the matter and release and start the applicable pension amount due to me at the earliest.
I would highly appreciate it if you could help me to overcome the financial burden of this old age, as its been more than one year since the documents were submitted by me.
