Dear sir,
I further wish to draw your kind attention for stopping the letting
out of mentioned below premises by Jain Bhavan (situated behind
in front of 29-B, Kirti Nagar, Tonk Road, Jaipur) which has
caused the inhabitants of the colony to live in hell as almost twice every week the premises are given for marriage and other functions where by the deck in full voice is run, the vapours of oil and ghee has made the environment polluted, inconvinience is caused by parking of the vehicles on road which is only 30 ft wide, the sound of vessels till late in night, the residue of waste food etc has caused lot of and daily inconvenience to inhabitants and students.inspite of our repeated oral and written complaints you have not advised the party to stop the above illegal activities including imposition of fine so that the activities may not recur in future.you can visit the site to day also and can take stock of the situation on today also i.e.16.12.2011.pls note that domestic cylinders are also being used for all these functions and mishappening of blasting of cylinders can occur at any point of time... kindly also arrange to inform us the action taken by you in the past in this regard and also inform your plan to stop such activities.
kindly note that you will also be held accountable for the
mischiefs if happened in this regard because of your passive attitude in resolving the problem which may please be noted.please note that we have already raised objection under your public notification for registering the above premises for social functions.
Kindly note to issue notice to the organiser of premises for
immediate stop such illegal activites in future and also inform us
the action taken by you for similar complaints against this place in the past. If you wish I can give a series of nuber of complaints
lodged by us in this regard.
Please note that twice the fire incident in cylinder was happened in the past which was arrested in time failing which a serious blast
along with fire in other cylinders and premises would have resulted
loss of life to many other innocent inhabitants nearby this premises.
Please urgently intervene in the matter and direct the concerned
authorities to stop the nuisance activities for peaceful living to
the inhabitants.
