Non Receipt of P.F.Pension since Jan

With due regards, this is to bring to your kind notice, that I have worked in J.P.Rewa Cement, Jaypeenagar, Dist. Rewa (M.P) from April 1996 t0 Nov.2005 & then upto Dec.2007. Initially I was paid P.F.Pension from 27/11/05 to 31/01/07 & subsquently upto Dec in my S.B.I.A/c, Rewa no. 01190048642 against my A/c.S.No./M.P./9017/172 & pension payment order no. M.P./Jabalpur9.After my retirement, I have settled in Jaipur (Raj.) & accordingly I have transferred my S.B.I. Bank A/c in Jaipur. Inspite of my repeated request & reminders, I have not recd. any further pension amount from Jan. 2008 onwards. For this, every year, I have sent alive certificate in Nov. also.

I therefore request you to take necessary steps & instruct concerned so that due amount of my P.F.Pension is credited in my S.B.A/c no. 10990176981 (old A/c. no. 01190048642) of S.B.I. (Branch code 11393), New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur & in future every month regularly.
