RATION CARD NOT RECEIVED

Dear Sir,

please note that we have submitted application for new Ration Card with complete details / photograps & Transfer-NOC from Haryana to Punjab & UP to Punjab (for me & my parents) to M.C Office branch, M.S.Enclave, Dhakoli, Zirakpur (distt. Mohali), pin - 140603.

but since last 2 months we have neither receive any response neither received Ration card. we have visited there so many times but no response??

you are requested to pls.arrange to provide our Ration-Card (which is just a transfer case, not 100%new). we will be highly thankful to you.
