PF not settled

Good Morning.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Dharamraj Umapathy i had requested for withdrawal of PF from Previous company and they submitted the all the forms on 18th April.

Still I didn’t get my PF amount; I am in urgency to settle the amount for my new house construction contractor.

Please find the acknowledgement copy of submission.

I had tried many times to Pune office thru phone calls no proper response.

Please understood my difficulties and do needful for me.
