Worst service and shame

I think there is no worst service like DTDC. Plz dont use that services - I req all my friends not to use the courier services of DTDC. And another worst thing is when they give Their guindy office number, they have given Ramco groups office number. From this itself we can understand their way of service.

My boss took 4 days to receive courier from Bangalore and that too when i called their Guindy office, they asked him to come and collect the letter. They dont even have the responsibility of calling up the customers and updating the status.
