No reading taken since 6 months

I have shifted to Pallikaranai, Meenakshipuram in August Till date no one comes to take reading, when we go there to pay their system not working, either they make us wait for an hour or ask us to come next day to take the same as last month.

Will the appropriate authorities take notice please
