Non receipt of voter id card

HON'BLE Sir, I have applied my voter identity card some how in the month of january . in GURU NANAK GIRLS INTER COLLAGE (LUCKNOW) at that time i asked your staff for thye receipt of the form but he refused to give me the receipt till then i am waiting for the voter id card so that i can cast my vote.

Again on dated 3.08.2011 i have submit and applied a new form along with the required documents and photograph in PCF building second floor station road (lucknow) but sorry to inform you incpite of my repeated request they refused to give any kind of receipt of the same.

It is my humble request to HON'BLE Sir to kindly acertain and instruct your office staff to kindly issue me my voter id card. If any more documents required i will submit the same.
