I, Kamta Prasad S/o. Lt. Shri N. Prasad have been taken digital photograph by the authorised official of Election Commission at N.P. Vidyalaya Haider Chak, P.O. Belaw, P.S. Shekhopursarai, Distt. Sheikhpura, Bihar, India 811003 of 171- Assembly Constituency. Our old analogue photo identity Card No is BR/120/174/357026 respectively. I have contacted with the respective Booth for getting the digital photo identy card but in vail. Non-coperation of officials either of Booth level OR sub-divisional official/Ward Member. So kindly attach this work by the Central Govt.empolyees and State govt.empolyees jointly so that nobody will be harassed by state officials. Hope you would be taken action against the errant officials and arrange to deliver my digital card by which we can drop my vote in forthcoming parliament election.
