Electricity board agra
False bill and not installing electric mete

I have taken an electricity connection from the government electricity board.i am not living in that house then also i paid the first bill of 700 rs they told me to pay the bill n then they will fix the metre and after that it will be only nominal charge of approx 175 only but it has been more that 4 months they have not fix it up neither ready to fix it up... plz do the need ful or any way to make the things fix up.
