I faced a issue with EB Bill in the month of Jan. I paid my EB Bill in correct time. because of poor awarness of EB billing software. the EB employee entered the wrong server number. instead of paying my home Bill they paid for different person. We came to know this issue only after 15 days. More over Customer names are not printing in EB bill. EB Officer needs to consider this. I paid my Jan month bill twice with penalty because of EB Employee.
