I am swapna, I have got the voter id before marriage on my parents address bearing No JJK2611481, from LB nagarconstituency. I have lost the card and the new card, and now i got married and living in Housing Board oclony, Moulali and i want the card with the change of address from my in laws place i.e moulali.
Pls suggest me. I need this for the Tathkal passport.
