Non Receipt of Parcel

I had ordered a parcel from china through EMS. Tracking number is EE442945515CN. It was shipped on 07/11. But from last 4 days the ems website is showing that the parcel is stuck at mumbai cutoms. Plz help me as to how can i get my parcel. I am ready to pay any duties of applicable. I amhandicapped, so cannot visit the customs office.
