Speed post not delivered

Dear sir,

I have sent a speed post from Ambattur post office on 08/04. but it is not delivered till now. delivered address -To,

D-210, Sector 10,

Noida,

U.P01.

India.

I also tracked the speed post but the delivery status is available till the article is bagged to NOIDA. I don't whether it is delivered or not. sir it is important document. so please if possible delivered urgently.
