Envelope sent through normal post
Parcel not Delivered

Hello,

I have sent an envelope through normal post from Navi Mumbai - Maharashtra to Birbhum (Dist.), West Bengal on the 14th of May. However, the same has not reached the destination yet. Can you let me know how long does a normal post takes to reach the said destination? I was told at the KoparKhairane post office that it would take 7 working days. Also, I was unabble to send the envelope using speed post due to technical failure of systems at the post office.

I have mentioned my Mumbai address on the back of the envelope. Will I receive the envelope back if it is not delivered?

Any help would be appreciated.
