People working in E-seva at Sitaphalmandi, hyderabad never responds to the customer. There are many as around 8 computers and staff but only 2 people work. In that one chat at the phone and they enjoy as they can but never care the customer. We need to wait for hours to pay the bills and if we ask them to make it fast they just answer rudely. I never saw a manger or an engineer there. They never come to the office. Never. Kindly help us as we cant spend hours together in E-seva.
