I was to receive a parcel sent by Mumbai firm on 29-2-12. Status remained `in transit' for some time. Sender on 15-3-12 wrote that courier had lost the parcel, and they will send duplicate. on 23-3 some body from courier telephones us saying that parcel was already delivered. I wrote to sender (JM Financial ltd.) to take legal action on courier and stop all work with courier in future. They agreed for that.
telling fabricated stories and trying to wrongly protect delivery person/local branch office will not only lead to wrong image in market but sometimes loss of business too. I hope all the corporates/ companies/ consumers will take lesson from such reports/complains to keep away from frudent, bogus and lethargic, careless couriers.
