Dear Sir,
On date 16th September I send a documents packet through first flight couriers limited vide docket number B 23472543 from Kurla (West) to New Delhi on around 16.45 hrs.
As per commitment from first flight officials the document (Parcel) have to be delivered on saturday dated 17th September but neither the documents packet has delivered on till Monday at 20.18 hrs nor any proper response given by customer care on their phone number of Andheri office vide number 022 3954666.
Now my Delhi party has continusely follow up for the documents but I am unable to do any thin from my side because the documents are in transit with M/S First flight courier.
Kindly look in the matter and help in this connection as I am very frustrait eith their services.
