Am mahalakshmi i gave birth to baby boy 3 months back, i went saroor nagar municipal office to apply birth certificate for my baby. But they told me, apply through eseva then i went to eseva they told ur baby details not entered by ghmc so we are unable to start the process.i got register no 1253 from where i was admit in hospital.so i requesting u plz update my baby details.
