On line grievence redressal line is out of order

Drain line overflowing twice in a month. A Cell. No is displayed in municipal office, to lodge complaint. This number, when dialed, not available once, not answered once, finally answered, that they will send men. And the result, no men turn up. Whole locality became stinky. After waiting for two days, got it done by a private labor.

I was happy to see a site "ON LINE RAPID GRIEVANCE REDDRESSAL SYSTEM", and eagerly filled the columns and pressed sumit. The system of registering grievance is not functioning. What this site is for? Hence, came over to this site. Is this site useful for such grievance registration and is there any body to look into it? Awaiting the appraisal.
