Gujarat Electricity Board
So much Amt. fine due to code 9496 which is due to Meter fault

I have a connection in Gujarat Electricity Board,

At one time I found the one code comes in meter, GEB has taken my meter and send it to lab and told that you have done theft of power. and disconnected my connection and gave bill which amount I have not received yet. so I want to clear this case asap as I have not done any kind of power theft, but become victim.
