Tatkaal passport not recved yet

Hi there

I applied for my wife's passport in tatkaal scheme on 16 January because its very urgent for me to get that passport. I am trying to contact Passport office Amritsar thru telephone and nobody answering the phone.

Could you please suggest me what should I do?
