Hyderabad metro water works
Payment paid online through ICICI

Dear Sir/madam,

My HMWSSB CAN No. IS 616752538.

I have paid online through ICICI BANK the bill of Rs.6506/- on Jun 24th. On repeated requests to both ICICI bank and HMWSSB, the amount paid is not being reflected in the HMWSSB site.

Kindly help and advice to proceed further
