Passport Not received - Applied Under Tatkaal Scheme

Dear Officer,

My name is Ramamurthy; I have applied my passport renewal in tatkal 7days scheme on 05-October.

I have applied to my passport renewal as when I went for a business VISA to US Consulate, Chennai, and Consulate officer has asked me to come with new passport to issue a business VISA to me, as my passport lamination was damaged.

My file number is HYD-D00544-10 and in your web site my status enquiry is showing as "Passport was ready on 12-10".

Last week the police personal came to my home and noted all my residential details.

I have not yet received my passport,

Please issue my passport to submit to US Consulate for completing my B1 VISA process.
