PF rejected and have not send any rejection cause

I have my PF account PYKRP00192140000134354 with KRPuram whitefield Banglore PF office.

I have changed my company from IBM to Cognizant and had applied for PF widrawal how ever on 21 June my claim was rejected and the rejection letter has not come yet and the cause is unknown. I call every day at 08025613382 but they don't pick up the phone.

Please help me to get my PF widrawed.
