IGNOU book
Non deliver of material

Sir,

I request to senior office who is taking response of complain.

my book has been despatch from IGNOU .but my Burari Post man have return that book .i just told him that please gice me in written, so that i can re-issue the material from IGNOU.

but he is nothing give in writting.

i request to again please consider on this masg.and take action against that person who is play the game on my life.

All of the staff on burari Post office is very illiterate.
