Imported Items got lost in Customs

Hi,

I had ordered an iPhone from Canada, Bluetooth Headset and Belt from US, 2 Perfumes from UK.

iPhone, Headset, Belt and one of the Perfumes were sent through untrackable parcels. I can be sure that iPhone was sent because seller sent me a scanned copy of receipt on same day of shipping it. Please see attached scanned copies of the shipping receipt.

Perfume was sent as a trackable parcel - tracking number: RJ875761617GB. Till this date the Parcelforce website shows following status:

Your item, posted on 15/11 with reference RJ875761617GB has arrived in NEW DELHI and is being processed for delivery.

But IPS Tracking Web Site which was showing "Receive Item at Office of Exchange DIMC New Delhi 37" has suddenly started showing following status:

No information, please check your item identifier

Does this mean this item has been lost. Also if it can happen to trackable parcel what would have happened to parcels which were untrackable.

I tried to contact the authorities on following Email IDs:

[email protected] AND [email protected]

but I received no response from them.

I regard customs to be a very high and respectable authority. But as I have no news I am in dilemma whether this has fall into wrong hands or is it the customs process that is taking too long.

Can you look into the matter and get some satisfactory answer to my concerns?
