Hi,

I was travelling from Dumraon to ANVT ticket by train name BGP Garib Rath, no: 12353on 21/05. The schedule arrival of this train at kharagpur is at 9 pm (approx). I had to go through severe metal trauma. No body from railway was ready to listen and help us. On top of that station master of Dumraon was unavaliable.
