i am prateek waluskar very new person in vizag working with an organization hindustan zinc ltd. vizag.
i took connection of indane gas from an agent (DILIP) of indian oil corporation ltd. he took required money for gas connection from us and gave Gas cylinder with Regulator, And he told us that he will hand over the book in few days, but because of busy schedule we forgot to take our connection book, now we are in need of gas cylinder as last one is over now, we already informed him and 10 days already passed out but no sign of gas cylinder, we checked the same physically in agency that it has been book on my name, yet no one came here to deliver the gas cylinder. also when we ask about our connection book he refuses and says he already has given us.
my id according to the connection is 12028. please consider this as we are facing loads of problems because of this.
