After booking of lpg at 11.01.2010 not delivered yet

Sir

I am the customer of Indane Lpg distributer Baba gas agency of Akbarpur of Ambedkar nagar district of U.P. My customer no.is 9499 and SV no.is 1347425. I have booked the Lpg for home delivery at 11.01.2010 of booking no.of 2813 but till now i have been not delivered the same. due to artificial shortage of gas the agency behaves the same in past.
